Tips for Healthy and Better Sleep

Dear Friends and readers i am happy that you are liking my tips, i have been receiving mails to post more tips on Lucky Tips for All..

So today i will post some tips for getting better sleep. Dont Forget to comment and leave your feedback.

Here are some Tips for Better Sleep.

1. Set a regular bedtime.
Go to bed at the same time every night. Choose a time when you normally feel tired, so that you don’t toss and turn. Try not to break this routine on weekends when it may be tempting to stay up late. If you want to change your bedtime, help your body adjust by making the change in small daily increments, such as 15 minutes earlier or later each day.

2. Wake up at the same time every day.
If you’re getting enough sleep, you should wake up naturally without an alarm. If you need an alarm clock to wake up on time, you may need to set an earlier bedtime. As with your bedtime, try to maintain your regular wake–time even on weekends.

3. Nap to make up for lost sleep.
If you need to make up for a few lost hours, opt for a daytime nap rather than sleeping late. This strategy allows you to pay off your sleep debt without disturbing your natural sleep–wake rhythm, which often backfires in insomnia and throws you off for days.

4. Be smart about napping.
While taking a nap can be a great way to recharge, especially for older adults, it can make insomnia worse. If insomnia is a problem for you, consider eliminating napping. If you must nap, do it in the early afternoon, and limit it to thirty minutes.

5. Fight after–dinner drowsiness.
If you find yourself getting sleepy way before your bedtime, get off the couch and do something mildly stimulating to avoid falling asleep, such as washing the dishes, calling a friend, or getting clothes ready for the next day. If you give in to the drowsiness, you may wake up later in the night and have trouble getting back to sleep.

6. Keep your room dark and cool
When it’s time to sleep, make sure that your environment is dark. Even dim lights—especially those from TV or computer screens—can confuse the body clock. Heavy curtains or shades can help block light from windows, or you can try an eye mask to cover your eyes.
The temperature of your bedroom also affects sleep. Most people sleep best in a slightly cool room (around 65° F or 18° C) with adequate ventilation. A bedroom that is too hot or too cold can interfere with quality sleep.

Tips for Glowing Skin & Smooth Skin

Everyone want to have glowing skin. But getting glowing skin is not easy. I will list some of the tips which will help you get glowing skin.

1. Mash a banana with milk and apply on face and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water to get a skin that will glow.

2. Apply honey on your face and neck for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water. Your skin will glow and become soft and smooth.

3. Mix egg white with honey and apply on the face for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water.

4. Make a paste of one teaspoon of walnut powder, honey and lemon juice. Scrub your face with this paste and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water.

5. Rub a piece of papaya on your face and neck for 15 minutes.

6. Make a paste by mixing 2 tablespoon turmeric (haldi) powder in orange juice. Scrub it on your face and neck and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water.

7. A paste of the fresh fenugreek leaves, applied on the face prevents pimples, blackheads, dryness of the face and early appearance of wrinkles.

8. Make a paste by mixing mashed banana, honey, lemon juice and margarine. Apply on face for overnight. Smear on hands and feet, and wash off in the morning (wear gloves in hands and socks in feet).

9. Boil cabbage in water. Wash your face with this water.

10. Powder mango peels and mix 1 teaspoon milk powder and rub on face, neck, and hands. Wash it off after 15 minutes.

11. Mix one cup of sugar with 1 tablespoon fresh lemon / lime juice. While taking bath, lather your body and face heavily with a soft soap like Dove. Scrub the whole body and face with the sugar mixture on the lather.

12. After a shower apply vaseline over your entire body. Shower again after one hour. Repeat twice a month.

13. Mix corn (polenta) flour with egg white and apply on your face. When your face is dried completely in about 1/2 an hour, put your fingers in warm water and massage your face. Repeat daily for 10-15 days.

14. Soft and smooth hands for life

15. Mix 3 teaspoons of baby oil and 2 teaspoons of sugar together. Rub your hands, feet or any part and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water.

Tips For Best Hair

Hi friends I will show you how to take care of your hair. Everyone have different types of hair and we should take good care of them. The following are some tips:

1. Tips for Curly Hair

Since your hair is prone to dryness, use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.
After washing, gently blot hair dry with an absorbent towel and apply 4 to 6 drops of silicone-based shine serum (the thicker your hair, the more you can use).
Detangle hair with fingers, and allow it to air dry.

2. Tips for Wavy Hair

Lather up with a shine-enhancing shampoo and conditioner. Rinse well.
Smooth and separate wet strands with wide-tooth comb, then spritz a silicone-based shine-enhancing spray from ends to roots.
Dry hair using a blowdryer with a tapered nozzle to direct air down the hair shaft and seal the cuticle.


3. Tips for Straight Hair


Your hair tends to lie flat against your scalp, where it can accumulate shine-dulling grease.
To avoid this, use a deep-cleaning shampoo daily and apply a clarifying gel treatment to roots once a week to prevent oil buildup.
After blowing hair dry, use a flatiron to enhance sheen.
